Konstantina's Hummus

INGREDIENTS:

1 can of garbanzo beans
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
3/4 cup olive oil (or more to taste)
1 teaspoon tahini
Juice of 1 lemon (or more to taste)
8 pitted Kalamata olives

INSTRUCTIONS:

Rinse garbanzo beans thoroughly and add to VITAMIX (or similar blender) along with remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly and enjoy.
